We are a small organization solely devoted to doing Watershed Management Plans and Wellhead Protection Plan Updates. It’s all we do and we do it well. Midwest Water Resources was started by Sky Schelle, who learned about watershed planning while working for the Indiana Department of Environmental Management’s Watershed Grants Program. While at IDEM, Sky co-authored the current watershed plan checklist and worked with EPA on urban BMP guidance. After leaving IDEM, Sky did Wellhead Protection while with the Alliance of Indiana Rural Water.
That experience showed Sky the need small communities have for capable and affordable Wellhead Protection Planning assistance. Sky has a strong history of getting projects approved by IDEM and can do the same for you.
